Biography

Greg is a member of the Director’s Guild of America and the Television Academy and has been in the entertainment business for over twenty-five years.

​Currently, he in producing on the film “MASHAD.”  This is the story of a young, Jewish girl in 1940 Mashhad, Iran and how she learns to navigate a world hostile to both women and Jews.

Prior, he was 1st AD on the hist HULU Series “REASONABLE DOUBT.”  A legal drama produced by Raamla Mohamed.  He has worked on major motion pictures like the successful bio pic “Reagan” starring Denis Quaid and Penelope Ann Miller.

Also, known for Oscar shortlisted film “The Ann Frank Gift Shop.”  Which he will likely point out was on the preferred list by Variety and Deadline.

He wrote and directed the zombie comedy feature film “Z Burbs.”   In addition, he Co-Produced the Emmy Nominated AMC Series “Walking Dead: RED MACHETE”.  He also served as Production Executive for Legion of Creatives and 2nd Unit Director for Katy Perry’s OBLIVIA Music Video.

​An accomplished writer, Greg’s presently optioned scripts include “Christmas Dinner” for Ocean Sky Entertainment and "Captain 80’s" for Illumination Industries.

​In his decades in Hollywood, Greg has worked in Film, Television, Commercials, Music Videos, Sitcom/ Multi-Cam, Single Camera, and 3D projects.

​From Los Angeles to Hawaii, across the United States, England, Mexico, South America, Canada, and the Caribbean, he has worked with clients from Ford to Boeing on commercials, for Sony, Lionsgate, Disney, ABC, NBC, Nickelodeon and Paramount in film and TV, and with Snoop Dogg, Meghan Trainor, Nicki Minaj, Meat Loaf and more in music videos.

An alumnus of the High School for the Visual and Performing Arts School in Houston and the renowned Jazz Program at University of North Texas, inspiration for his career came from working on such projects as “Talk Radio” for Oliver Stone and as a Stuntman for Stuntman-turned-Director Hal Needham.

In between production jobs and Guest Lecturing for different universities around Los Angeles, Greg lives in Burbank, where he raised three great boys with his wife of 20 years. For kicks, he teaches and studies Su Do Kwan Kung Fu, in which he has earned the title Master of Kung Fu and 5th Degree Black Belt.
